Morgan Lloyd was established in 2004 to provide professional Pension Trustee and Administration Services. A sister company to Clifton Asset Management Plc, Morgan Lloyd is uniquely positioned to provide ongoing services and support to the rapidly expanding self administered pension market. Morgan Lloyd sought and obtained HMRC approved Trustee status and following the changes in pensions legislation in April 2006, assumed the role of Scheme Administrator to Member Directed Pension Schemes (SSAS).

The Morgan Lloyd team offer a dynamic, innovative approach and focus on bespoke client service and technical assistance. Every client has their own dedicated administrator to see the case through to completion to ensure continuity and a smooth, efficient service.

The technical department enjoy an average of 14 years SSAS and pensions experience each. All scheme investments are approved by one of these experienced staff whose responsibility it is to ensure that the schemes are run in keeping with pensions legislation. They are continually passing on their technical knowledge to other staff to ensure they we are able to offer the best possible range of expertise.

One of the more recent additions to the services that we provide is a trademark registration service in order to assist our clients with protecting their Intellectual Property Rights. We believe that protecting the value a company has built up in its own brand is vital in protecting its future earnings potential.
